Thank you for completing the CAP online application.

To be considered for this program you must submit the items listed below:

  • Official High School Transcript (including fall grades)— Ask your guidance counselor or Career Development Coordinator (CDC) for help.
  • Official Attendance Record (Current & Previous Year, including fall semester) — Ask your guidance counselor or Career Development Coordinator (CDC) for help.
  • Signatures – All parties must have submitted their signatures.

These items must be submitted before the application deadline (February 15 of each year). There are NO EXCEPTIONS for late or incomplete applications. If you have any questions, contact your Career Development Coordinator (CDC).
