“Nathan has always been fascinated with technology and enjoyed involvement with hands-on activities. This program has given him the opportunity to combine his educational goals and an apprenticeship in his chosen career field. He is able to use what he is learning in the classroom and apply it to what he is doing on the job site. Working with the manufacturing machines gives him the hands-on involvement that he has always enjoyed. As his parents, we have tried to instill in him the advantage of pursuing a career path that would enable him to love his chosen field of work. In addition to having his classes and books paid for, as well as other work-related expenses, he is already investing in a 401K at the age of 18.”
